In addition to the Lease Charges set forth in Area 2, Lessee shall be accountable for (and compensate Lessor for) all assessments, sales and use taxes, rental taxes, gross receipts taxes, personal home taxes and other taxes now or hereafter enforced by any federal government, agency, province or otherwise upon the Equipment, consisting of upon the ownership, leasing, renting, purchase, belongings or use of the Equipment, whether examined to Lessor or Lessee (the "Taxes").

All delivery and delivery dates are estimates only. All shipments shall be F.O.B. Lessor's facility unless otherwise specified in composing on the Order.  This Is Cool  and route of shipment shall be at Lessor's discretion, unless Lessee supplies explicit sensible guidelines in composing a minimum of 2 (2) days prior to shipment.
